ABAGA_Records-Tactus-MOBO_Tour-2012I’ll be speaking at the Glasgow leg of the MOBO tour this weekend. The workshop will be about how important label backing is these days and if the DIY approach is a better option for some artists. Save BBC Introducing Campaign

I have organized part of a campaign to help save the BBC Introducing In Scotland show on Radio 1. The BBC are restructuring and are cutting a weekly 2 hour show that showcases Scottish talent. I have organized a compilation album, club nights, and petitions amongst other things to help save the show, and the issue has been brought up in Westminster (at 2:01:13) and The Scottish Parliament, backed by the SNP and Cabinet Secretary.
